The unit operates at an ultrasonic frequency of 35 kHz. Cavitation generated in the liquid helps the cleaning solution reach not only exposed surfaces but also small recesses and difficult-to-access areas of instruments. Combined with heating, this is particularly useful for removing residues of gel, acrylic, gel polish, and other persistent contamination.

The built-in heating system raises the solution temperature up to 65°C. Warm liquid helps soften dried residues and allows the ultrasonic cleaning process to work more intensively.

The cleaner is operated through a digital control panel and offers five preset timer cycles: 90, 180, 280, 380, and 480 seconds. This makes it possible to adjust the processing time according to the number of instruments and the level of contamination.

  • Maximum tank capacity: 2500 ml.
  • Volume markings: MAX — 2100 ml, MIN — 600 ml.
  • Tank dimensions: 25.0 x 15.0 x 8.0 cm.
  • Ultrasonic frequency: 35,000 Hz.
  • Heating system: up to 65°C.
  • Timer settings: 90, 180, 280, 380, and 480 seconds.
  • Tank material: SUS304 stainless steel.
  • Device dimensions: 34.0 x 25.5 x 22.5 cm.
  • Weight: 2.5 kg.
  • Power: AC 220–240 V — 170 W.
  • Power: AC 100–120 V — 160 W.
  • Power: AC 100 V — 130 W.

The larger tank makes the CD-4820 particularly suitable for busy salons where several instruments need to be processed within one cycle. The inner tank is made of SUS304 stainless steel.

Method of use:

  1. Fill the tank with water or a suitable working solution, keeping within the permitted liquid level.
  2. Place the instruments to be cleaned into the tank.
  3. Select the required operating time: 90, 180, 280, 380, or 480 seconds.
  4. To use the heating function, activate it with the TC button. The maximum heating temperature is 65°C.
  5. Once the solution reaches 65°C, the heater switches off automatically.
  6. Start the selected ultrasonic cleaning cycle.
  7. After processing, remove the instruments and continue with any further treatment required by your working procedure.

Different operating methods can be selected depending on the type and severity of contamination.

  • Basic cleaning: a standard cycle using water for routine cleaning of instruments.
  • Heated cleaning: activation of the TC function to heat the solution up to 65°C. Heating helps soften persistent and dried-on residues before and during ultrasonic cleaning.
  • Intensive chemical treatment: a combination of heating, the longer 480-second cycle, and a suitable professional disinfecting solution.

Precautions:

  • Do not operate the device without a sufficient amount of liquid in the tank.
  • Do not exceed the permitted filling level of the tank.
  • When using the heating function, remember that the solution temperature can reach 65°C.
  • Use only cleaning and disinfecting solutions suitable for ultrasonic processing.
  • When professional chemical solutions are used, always follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer of that product.
