DARK PRO BASE is a low-acid camouflage base with a medium viscosity, designed for covering natural nails with a thin or medium layer. With a pH level of 6.5, the product provides comfortable application, cures well, and is suitable for creating a thin and neat leveling layer.

The base has a pigmentation level from 1 to 3.5 on a four-point scale, cures evenly, and does not delaminate over time. Its consistency is closer to liquid, allowing quick distribution over the nail plate and creating smooth leveling without excessive thickness. After curing, the coating remains flexible and does not become overly rigid.

Method of use:

  1. Perform a manicure, buff the nail surface, remove impurities and oils, then apply Dehydrator and Ultrabond.
  2. Before applying DARK PRO BASE, apply a thin layer of clear SCOTCH BASE or another medium-acid base to ensure proper adhesion to the natural nail.
  3. Please note that a medium-acid base should only be used as a thin adhesion layer and not for leveling, as excessive thickness may cause chemical burns.
  4. Apply a thin or leveling layer of DARK PRO BASE. The thickness must not exceed 0.7 mm.
  5. Cure for 60–90 seconds in the original lamp.
  6. Apply the selected top coat and cure for 90–120 seconds.

The product is recommended for short and medium-length nails. For long, very thin nails or sharp square shapes, the manufacturer recommends using hard materials.

If nail length needs to be reduced, it is recommended to perform the final filing after applying the top coat, leaving approximately 1 mm of free edge. This helps reinforce the nail edge and improve wear resistance.
