The colour intensity can be adjusted through the thickness of the applied layer. A thin layer creates a transparent coloured veil effect. At a thickness of up to 2 mm, the shade becomes more pronounced while retaining its transparent glass effect.

For correct application, the technical requirements for material thickness and curing must be followed.

• A Rubber Base layer underneath is mandatory.
• The free edge must be at least 1 mm thick.
• Pre-curing with a flash curing lamp: 10–15 seconds, depending on power.
• Recommended curing wavelength: 365–405 nm.
• Recommended UV/LED lamp power: 36–48 W.
• Maximum material thickness per curing stage: up to 2 mm.
• Full curing time: 120 seconds.
• If the material thickness exceeds 3 mm, it is recommended to work in two stages with intermediate curing.

How to use for nail strengthening:

1. Remove the previous coating.
2. Do not file the nail shape, or leave up to 2 mm of length to be removed after levelling.
3. Use a 220 grit nail file without strong pressure to gently raise the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100 grit buffer.
4. Perform the manicure.
5. If removers are used, wash the hands with soap after working with them.
6. Degrease the nail using Nail Prep LUNAmoon in two stages. Use 4 wipes, with 1 wipe for every 5 fingers. First, wipe the surface of the nail. Then place a wipe over an orange stick and thoroughly clean the cuticle area and side folds.
7. Primer may be used if required. If the base used as an underlayer has sufficient acidity, primer is not necessary.
8. Apply Rubber Base LUNAmoon preferably with a flat gel brush using rubbing motions. Carefully work the product into all side areas of the nail and cure for 60 seconds.
9. Remove the sticky layer.
10. Level the nail with Glass Gel, leaving a 0.5–1 mm distance from the cuticle. Cure for 120 seconds.
11. After levelling, file the nail shape. This is necessary to create sufficient thickness at the edge of the nail to support the free edge.
12. If the natural nail is thin, it may curl, so it is necessary to file away 1 mm of the natural nail from underneath. This helps prevent lifting. If the artificial material is hard while the natural nail is very soft, the natural nail may begin to separate from the hard material at the free edge.
13. After filing, remove the sticky layer and thoroughly remove dust.
14. Apply gel polish if required.
15. Finish with a no-wipe top coat and cure for 120 seconds. Do not wipe the surface after curing, as this may reduce the shine.

How to use for classic nail extensions:

1. Remove the previous coating.
2. Shorten the natural nail to 1 mm and give the free edge a rounded shape.
3. Use a 220 grit nail file without strong pressure to gently raise the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100 grit buffer.
4. Perform the manicure.
5. If removers are used, wash the hands with soap after working with them.
6. Degrease the nail using Nail Prep LUNAmoon in two stages. Use 4 wipes, with 1 wipe for every 5 fingers. First, wipe the nail surface. Then place a wipe over an orange stick and thoroughly clean the cuticle area and side folds.

11. Build the artificial nail with Glass Gel and pre-cure in the lamp for 30 seconds.
12. File the free edge and create the required nail shape.
13. Remove the sticky layer and dust.
14. Reapply Rubber Base LUNAmoon to the areas that were filed and cure for 60 seconds.
15. Level the nail with Glass Gel. Place the nail in the lamp and pinch at approximately 10–15 seconds. If the material has stronger tackiness, pinch at approximately 20 seconds.
16. Continue curing in the lamp for 120 seconds.
17. Remove the sticky layer before applying gel polish.
18. Apply gel polish if required.
19. Finish with a no-wipe top coat and cure for 120 seconds. Do not wipe the surface after curing to preserve the shine.
