Method of use:

  1. Apply a thin layer of F.O.X Top Tonal over the entire nail surface on the finished manicure.
  2. Cure in a LED 36/48W lamp for 120 seconds.

Top Bloom is a topcoat with a decorative confetti effect. Top with small hexagons in turquoise, pink, lilac and white. The material is homogeneous of medium consistency - does not spread when applied. The product is without a sticky layer and does not contain UF filters.
