CHEMISEPT 80 – ready-to-use alcohol-based hand antiseptic for professional use under conditions of increased hygiene requirements, where hand disinfection is the main preventive measure to avoid infections.

Purpose:
Intended for hygienic and surgical hand antisepsis in hospitals, healthcare institutions, operating rooms, intensive care units, infectious and emergency departments, laboratories, dental clinics, ambulance services, home care for patients, and in food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries.

Antimicrobial activity:
Has a broad-spectrum effect: bactericidal and fungicidal (destroys Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, including Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and fungi). Inactivates both enveloped viruses (HBV, HIV, HCV, Vaccinia) and non-enveloped viruses (Adeno, Rota).

Composition features:
Contains purified, low-volatility ethyl alcohol to reduce respiratory irritation. Free from colorants and fragrances. Enriched with panthenol, which softens, moisturizes, promotes skin regeneration, and has anti-inflammatory properties. The residual effect under gloves lasts up to 3 hours.

Application:
• Hygienic hand disinfection: apply 3 ml of CHEMISEPT 80 to hands and rub until dry (exposure time 30 seconds).
• Surgical hand disinfection: apply 2 portions of 3–6 ml, ensuring complete coverage of all treated areas including palms and forearms. Total rubbing time: 1.5 minutes.

Standards of effectiveness:
Complies with EN 1500, EN 12791, and EN 13727.

Precautions:
Contains biocide. Read the instructions before use. Observe general safety rules when handling antiseptics. Highly flammable – keep away from ignition sources. Do not smoke. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water, remove contact lenses if possible, and rinse again. Store in a cool, well-ventilated place, tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.
