Chemi-Pharm STERISEPT READY TO USE – alcohol-free ready-to-use disinfectant and cleaner for invasive and non-invasive medical devices and for alcohol-sensitive surfaces.

Description:
STERISEPT READY TO USE is free from alcohols, aldehydes and biguanides (PHMB) and is suitable for cleaning and disinfecting all water-resistant surfaces in healthcare facilities. Thanks to its specially developed formula, the product combines strong disinfecting and cleaning properties.

It has a broad spectrum of activity: bactericidal (including MRSA and VRE), mycobactericidal (including Mycobacterium avium and Mycobacterium terrae), fungicidal, and yeasticidal, and is effective against viruses (HBV, HIV, HCV, Vaccinia, Rota, Noro) and spores (Clostridium difficile).

The product is also suitable for pre-cleaning and soaking of contaminated medical instruments. Pre-sterilization cleaning of surgical instruments is a critical step for ensuring an effective and safe sterilization process, removing blood, tissue and other organic residues.

STERISEPT READY TO USE is suitable for use on stainless steel, glass, aluminium, copper, brass, ceramics, PVC, rubber, plastic, silicone, leather, acrylic and plexiglass surfaces.

For use in hospitals, clinics, operating rooms, intensive care units, infection and emergency departments, laboratories, dental and veterinary clinics, and beauty and wellness facilities.

Directions for use:
STERISEPT READY TO USE is ready for use. Apply so that the entire surface is evenly covered. Minimum contact time – 60 seconds (or as specified in the efficacy table). Can be applied by spraying or wiping with a pre-soaked cloth.

Spraying is recommended only for hard-to-reach areas, from a distance of approximately 30 cm, followed by wiping. When wiping, ensure the cloth is adequately moistened. Surfaces or instruments that come into contact with skin or food must be wiped with a damp cloth after the exposure time.

Pre-sterilization cleaning of instruments:
To prevent drying of contamination and microbial growth, spray collected instruments thoroughly with STERISEPT READY TO USE until fully moistened, then proceed with sterilization according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
