CHEMIPHARM DES NEW is a colourless, fragrance-free, phosphate-free liquid alkaline concentrate for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. The formula contains a combination of quaternary ammonium compounds, providing a broad antimicrobial spectrum and high effectiveness even against bacteria that rapidly develop resistance to standard disinfectants.

Thanks to its stable formulation, CHEMIPHARM DES NEW does not require periodic replacement, unlike many conventional disinfectants. The product has bactericidal and fungicidal effects and inactivates enveloped viruses, including HBV, HCV, HIV. It is highly effective against dermatophytes, yeast and mould fungi. The presence of surfactants ensures excellent cleaning properties.

Areas of use

CHEMIPHARM DES NEW is intended for cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces resistant to wet treatment. It is suitable for use in hospitals, sanatoria, nursing homes, childcare facilities, food industry enterprises, hairdressing and beauty salons, saunas, swimming pools, sanitary rooms and any premises requiring disinfecting cleaning.

The product can be used to treat floors, walls, doors, furniture and windowsills. It may be applied with spraying devices for hard surfaces. Soft furniture and small objects should be cleaned with a sponge or cloth soaked in the working solution.

In the food industry, a 1% solution is used to saturate disinfection mats. The product is safe for footwear materials. Mats must remain continuously moist; the frequency of solution replacement depends on the intensity of use.

In childcare facilities, CHEMIPHARM DES NEW is suitable for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and toys. Toys should preferably be rinsed after treatment.

The product is highly effective for eliminating foot and nail fungal infections, making it ideal for treating saunas, showers, swimming pool areas and bathtubs. A 1% solution is recommended for these areas. For fungal nail infections, socks and hosiery should be washed in a 0.3% solution, and footwear treated with Chemisept FG according to the instructions.

Directions for use

CHEMIPHARM DES NEW must be diluted with water to obtain the working solution:

• 0.3% — 3 ml concentrate + 997 ml water, exposure time 10 minutes
• 0.5–1% — 5–10 ml concentrate + 995–990 ml water, exposure time 5 minutes
• 1% for heavily contaminated surfaces — 10 ml concentrate + 990 ml water, exposure time 30 minutes

The working solution must be applied evenly across the surface. Rinsing is not required. If necessary, the surface may be wiped with a dry cloth after the exposure time.

Shelf life of the working solution:
• 14 days in a closed container
• 24 hours once opened

Precautions

Observe all safety instructions. The product contains a biocide and must be used strictly as directed. Concentrate causes irritation to skin and eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Use protective gloves.
