Light Builder Gel is a collection of builder gels in fashionable shades that combine strength, versatility and a more fluid consistency compared to classic Builder Gel. The product is designed for technicians who prefer working with less viscous textures while maintaining control and stability.

The gel belongs to a three-phase system and is suitable for sculpting, correction and strengthening of natural nails.

• Consistency: medium-thick, closer to liquid, easy to apply and evenly distributed.
• Pigmentation: 75–90% provides coverage density depending on the layer thickness.
• Versatility: suitable for strengthening, sculpting, correction, for both long and short nails.
• Stability: strong in a layer from 1 mm, retains optimal elasticity in a thinner layer, maintains the arch and overall nail architecture.
• Purpose: strengthening, sculpting.

To apply Light Builder Gel, a standard sequence of steps is followed to ensure strong adhesion and a stable result.

1. Perform standard nail preparation: remove previous coating, mattify the nail surface and perform a manicure.
2. Apply DNKa’ Dehydrator and DNKa’ Ultrabond to increase adhesion.
3. Apply the chosen DNKa’ base (Multi Base or Fiber Base recommended) and cure for 30–60 seconds in a 48/36W LED/UV lamp.
4. For strengthening, apply a leveling layer of Light Builder Gel, form the nail surface and cure for 120–240 seconds.
5. Remove the inhibition layer with DNKa’ Nail Prep & Cleanser 3 in 1, file if necessary and cover with the chosen DNKa’ Top, curing for 120–180 seconds.

When the gel is used for sculpting, additional steps are performed.

1. Select and place lower PAPER NAIL FORM or upper TOP FORM forms under the nail.
2. Sculpt the nail extension using the chosen Light Builder Gel shade and cure for 120–240 seconds.
3. Remove the form, refine the nail architecture and cure again for 120–240 seconds.
4. Remove the inhibition layer with DNKa’ Nail Prep & Cleanser 3 in 1, file if needed and finish with the chosen DNKa’ Top.

The material can be removed using a nail drill.
