Moyra Everlast Build Base Coat is recommended for use as protection for thin and split nails due to the cellulose fibers it contains. It can be used alone or as a strengthening construction primer under Everlast colored varnishes.
Using the Base Coat, you prepare your nails for painting with colored polish. After applying the Everlast colored varnish, continue with a top coat of "Top Coat" which locks the colored varnish in place and adds a high shine.
This base coat is a 3-phase nail polish system without UV lamp with a shelf life of one week.
