It can be used alone or as a strengthening construction primer under Everlast colored varnishes. Using the Base Coat, you prepare your nails for painting with colored polish. After applying the Everlast colored varnish, continue with a top coat of "Top Coat" which locks the colored varnish in place and adds a high shine. This base coat is a 3-phase nail polish system without UV lamp with a shelf life of one week.

The topper creates a dramatic effect on dark Everlast polishes and also adds the perfect glow with a soft pale shade. It looks great on any Everlast polish shade, but you can use it as a subtle accent on natural nails or as a top coat on one of Everlast's base polishes.
