This vitamin-based nail polish contains special brightening particles to keep your nails healthy and shiny. It can be used alone or as a nourishing base under Everlast colored nail polishes. Using the Base Coat, you prepare your nails for painting with colored polish. After applying the Everlast colored varnish, continue with a top coat of "Top Coat" which locks the colored varnish in place and adds a high shine. This base coat is a 3-phase nail polish system without UV lamp with a shelf life of one week.
